During your introduction, you'll have a chance to talk to the coach about what your fitness goals are and why you wanted to check us out. They'll ask you about your experience, both good and bad, with other workout programs and diets. And they'll give you an honest recommendation for which of our programs they believe will best help YOU accomplish your goals.
The introduction is 100% free and there is ZERO obligation to sign up for anything. And you won't be asked to jump into a workout (you'll get plenty of those in later when you get started with us!).
