We've got a great one today. It is chock full of bodyweight movements! The rest between rounds will help you work on being able to recover efficiently and increase your aerobic capacity.
Don't have a place to do a pull ups? No problem. We can substitute 20 Bent Over Rows with whatever implement you can find laying around the house -- dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted back packs, bags of mulch, fire wood, small children, cooperative dog. Get creative! They will all fit the intended stimulus for this workout.
Pick movement variations that will allow you to complete the work in 1-3 sets in order to limit your rest during the workout. Remember you've got a 3 minute rest at the end of each round to try and recover for the next round.
